The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. Playing with the rope as she usually does out of the water. But here two important rules change. First there is no force of gravity, but rather a push up caused by the density of water. And second, down here you can not breathe, so take a big breath and do not waste it on the way. Choose soft movements that flow with the water. Do not fight with water.
