Practicing a little apnea at a shallow depth. Doing exercises for the initiation to apnea. To be totally concentrated with breathing, it helps a lot to have the help of a corporal or, as in this case, the chain of the boat’s anchor mass. The idea is simply to go down to the bottom of the sand and once there stay completely still contemplating the beauty of the landscape. Try not to think about the inability to breathe and relax. The ascent to the surface is also done by the chain at a slower rate than that of the body’s own flotation.
